During the initial phase the client specifies the expectations towards a candidate, his or her competences necessary for the post. Moreover, the client specifies a future candidate’s personality profile.
After this phase our consultants start the direct research for potential employees in a given sector, present the offer to the client and conduct interviews. The reason for meeting a candidate is to extend knowledge about his/her competences in respect to the client’s expectations. During the interview the consultant analyzes the candidate’s path of former professional career, evaluates his/her interpersonal skills and verifies the references.
After the completion of interviews the client is presented with the recruitment report containing the best candidates.
